Important: A brand name alone does not guarantee cash back. The specific chair page must display an active cash-back rate when you start the purchase.
How it works
- Start on OneStopChair.Use a purchase button that visibly shows a cash-back rate. A general brand link without a cash-back label is not eligible.
- Complete checkout with the retailer.The brand or authorized retailer controls product configuration, payment, shipping, warranty, returns, and customer service.
- Submit your claim.Return to the eligible chair page, open “Claim your cash back,” and provide the purchase email, retailer order number, and eligible merchandise subtotal.
- Wait for validation.Cash back becomes payable only after the retailer reports a valid commission to OneStopChair and the applicable cancellation and return period has ended.
What qualifies
- The chair page displayed an active cash-back offer when the tracked link was clicked.
- The order was completed through that eligible link and attributed to OneStopChair by the retailer or affiliate network.
- The order was paid, accepted, and not cancelled, returned, refunded, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent.
- The purchased products, customer region, and retailer program were eligible for commission.
- The claim information matches the retailer’s confirmed transaction.
What is excluded
Unless an offer expressly says otherwise, cash back is calculated only on the eligible merchandise subtotal. Taxes, shipping, delivery, assembly, installation, warranties, service fees, financing charges, gift cards, and other non-merchandise amounts are excluded.
Cancelled, returned, partially refunded, duplicate, reseller, fraudulent, untracked, or ineligible-region orders do not qualify. If part of an order is returned, the cash-back calculation may be reduced to the retailer-confirmed eligible amount.
Tracking, timing, and payment
Affiliate tracking is provided by the retailer or its affiliate network. Browser privacy settings, ad blockers, disabled cookies, switching devices, leaving the purchase flow, or clicking another publisher’s link or coupon may prevent or replace attribution.
Validation timing varies by retailer and may extend beyond the retailer’s return period. A submitted claim is an estimate—not an approval. OneStopChair will contact the claimant at the submitted email after validation to arrange payment. Never send a password, complete payment-card number, or retailer account login.
Affiliate disclosure
Some outbound purchase links are affiliate links. If a qualifying purchase is attributed to OneStopChair, the retailer or affiliate network may pay OneStopChair a commission. There is no added charge from OneStopChair for using the link. The customer’s cash back is funded from a portion of the commission OneStopChair actually receives.
OneStopChair is an independent publisher and reseller. Product recommendations are general guidance and do not make OneStopChair the manufacturer, retailer, seller of record, warranty provider, or agent of the linked brand unless explicitly stated.
Important disclaimer
Cash back is promotional and conditional. Displaying an offer, recording a click, or accepting a claim does not guarantee payment. No cash back is owed unless and until OneStopChair receives the corresponding commission and verifies the claim. Retailer and affiliate-network records control eligibility and the final qualifying amount.
OneStopChair may correct errors, reject unsupported claims, prevent abuse, or modify or end the program prospectively. Material changes will not intentionally reduce a previously validated claim. These terms supplement the general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
