Website use

By using OneStopChair.com, submitting a form, creating an account, requesting a quote, or placing an accessory order, you agree to use the site for lawful business or personal purposes and to provide accurate information.

Quotes and inventory

Inventory, availability, quantity, condition grade, delivery timing, and pricing can change before a written quote or invoice is accepted. Product pages may show starting prices, representative photos, or current batch details that must be confirmed before final sale.

OneStopChair may decline requests that are outside the service area, cannot be verified, involve unsafe pickup conditions, or do not fit current inventory or buyback criteria.

Payments and checkout

Accessory checkout is processed through Stripe Checkout when available. Chair purchases, bulk orders, delivery, installation, buyback, and trade-in work may require a separate written quote, invoice, deposit, or payment arrangement.

Taxes, shipping, delivery, installation, pickup, and other charges may vary based on destination, quantity, site access, and the final accepted quote.

Brand references

Herman Miller, Steelcase, Knoll, SitOnIt, and other brand names are used to identify compatible or pre-owned products. OneStopChair is not the official manufacturer, brand owner, or warranty provider for those brands unless explicitly stated in writing.

Uploads and user content

When you upload photos, floor plans, PDFs, or chair lists, you confirm that you have permission to share those files with OneStopChair for quote, planning, buyback, or order review.
