Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Pre-owned chair condition
OneStopChair sells checked pre-owned chairs. Cosmetic wear, model variation, arm style variation, caster variation, fabric variation, and batch-to-batch differences are normal unless a written quote says otherwise.
Before invoice or delivery, we can confirm condition grade, quantity, current batch photos, and key configuration details such as size, arms, casters, upholstery, and delivery timing.
Chair orders
Because chair orders are often sourced, inspected, reserved, delivered, installed, or paired with buyback and planning services, return eligibility is confirmed in the written quote or invoice. Unless the written quote states otherwise, custom-sourced, bulk, delivered, installed, clearance, and final-sale chair orders may not be returnable.
If an item arrives materially different from the confirmed quote, contact us within 3 business days with photos and order details so we can review a repair, replacement, credit, pickup, or other reasonable resolution.
Accessory returns
Unused accessory items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if they are in original condition and were not installed, altered, damaged, or special ordered. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Installed parts, opened service kits, special-order parts, and items damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless required by law or approved in writing.
Cancellations
Quote requests can be cancelled before approval. After a chair batch, delivery slot, installation labor, buyback pickup, or accessory order is confirmed, cancellation may be limited or subject to costs already incurred.
