OneStopChair collects information you choose to send through quote forms, planning forms, account sign-in, accessory checkout, and email. This can include your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, quantity, timeline, chair details, shipping details, and uploaded photos, PDFs, floor plans, or chair lists.

When you buy accessories, payment is handled by Stripe Checkout. OneStopChair does not store full card numbers on this website.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to quote requests, identify chair models, estimate buyback value, prepare seating plans, process accessory orders, coordinate pickup or delivery, prevent duplicate requests, and keep account activity tied to the email address you use.

We may use aggregated site activity to understand which pages, ads, products, and request paths are working.

Analytics and advertising measurement

This site can use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion measurement, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and similar tools when configured. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies to measure page views, quote requests, add-to-cart actions, checkout actions, purchases, and ad campaign performance.

Advertising links may include UTM parameters or click identifiers such as gclid, fbclid, ttclid, or msclkid. We may store those values with a request or checkout record so we can understand which campaigns produce useful leads.

When we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the service. Examples include email delivery providers, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, and service partners involved in pickup, delivery, installation, or order fulfillment.
