Back to lease chairs

Business lease · Draft v2.0 · Pending review

Your lease.
Clearly explained.

Choose your term. Plan delivery. Know your options when work changes.

Your chairs & agreement

Chairs are used and selected from our existing sales inventory; they are not new. Your quote identifies the company and authorized contact, chair models, configurations, quantities, condition, existing defects and asset IDs. Delivery and return records include photographs. Stock and access are checked manually before confirmation. An inquiry is not a reservation or contract. No online payment is collected in this preview. The accepted price schedule, asset list and terms version are saved together; later catalog changes do not change them.

Rent, dates & the full cost

The preview starts at 3 months. Choose an agreed fixed term; paying monthly does not make it cancel-anytime. Daily figures are monthly rent divided by 30, rounded, for comparison only. Your final quote states the start and end dates, payment dates, monthly rent per chair and for the team, total fixed-term rent, first amount due, tax and all service charges. Rent starts at the agreed delivery / handover date To be confirmed. Proposed longer-term discounts require approval. Unknown amounts remain “To be quoted”, not zero.

Local delivery & collection

Choose a local delivery-and-collection package, delivery with your own return, or customer pickup and return. Proposed local benefit, pending approval: one scheduled delivery and one end-of-term collection included for qualifying team leases. Eligibility depends on ZIP code, chair quantity, lease term and standard building access, all confirmed in the written quote. Extra trips, stairs, special handling and out-of-area service are separately quoted before acceptance. Until eligibility and pricing are approved, displayed rental rates do not include transport. Confirm eligible ZIP codes, quantity, address, stairs / elevator, parking, appointment access and any assembly needs. Package price, service radius, access surcharges and failed-appointment rules: To be confirmed. Transport responsibility and risk are allocated by the agreed carrier and handover stages, not automatically assigned to the customer. A collection delay caused by us should not add rent when the customer is ready at the agreed return time.

When your team’s plans change

Need fewer chairs, closing an office or moving? Contact us to request a partial return, early end, location change, or an extension / additional chairs. We review availability, access and the existing agreement, then send a written change proposal showing affected assets, revised dates, any supported charges, discount treatment and deposit handling before you accept. Approval is required; a request or physical early return alone does not end the agreed obligation. Notice period, eligibility, any adjustment formula and cap: To be confirmed. This draft imposes no cancellation penalty, automatic charge of all remaining rent, or automatic renewal. Any approved settlement must account for rent already paid and avoid duplicate recovery.

Return or choose to buy

Ownership stays with OneStopChair during the lease. At the end, return the chairs or actively choose to pay the purchase-option price agreed at signing. The quote must state that amount and the total of all rent plus the optional purchase amount, separately from refundable deposit, taxes and services. The option price is not a guaranteed future market residual value. Rent does not automatically credit toward the option price. There is no automatic buyout, charge, ownership transfer or renewal. Purchase election deadline, payment and title-transfer steps: To be confirmed.

Refundable deposit & disputes

The refundable deposit is separate from rent and is neither an automatic charge for damage nor an automatic liability cap. Amount, inspection period and refund initiation deadline: To be confirmed. Compare returned chairs against the signed condition record, send photographs and itemized supported deductions, and refund the undisputed balance. Minor damage does not forfeit the whole deposit. Customers may dispute an assessment through the contact in the quote; evidence review and response process: To be confirmed. Additional charges need an agreed basis and appropriate payment authorization.

Normal wear, faults & service

Ordinary indoor office use may cause light scuffs and normal wear; these and recorded pre-existing defects are not new customer damage. Misuse, missing parts, burns, tears or unusual staining require individual assessment. Report mechanical faults and stop using an unsafe chair. Normal-use mechanical failures are assessed by us for repair or replacement. Repair coverage, service area, any temporary replacement chair and costs: To be confirmed. No response-time or manufacturer-warranty promise is made. Get agreement before third-party repairs or relocation.

Damage, loss & insurance

For attributable damage, use reasonable documented repair costs. If repair is not reasonable, use an applicable comparable used replacement value, considering condition and recoverable residual value, with no duplicate repair and replacement recovery or automatic new-retail charge. For theft, loss or transport damage, record the circumstances, asset IDs, carrier responsibility and relevant evidence; liability is assessed under the agreement and applicable law, not assumed for every loss. Insurance requirements, exclusions, valuation method and when rent stops after loss: To be confirmed. Recovered assets and insurance proceeds must be accounted for to prevent duplicate recovery.

Return, overdue items & missed payments

Return notice period, appointment process, return location, collection fee and inspection timeline: To be confirmed. Return the agreed assets and components, document handover and review the condition report. For missed payments or overdue chairs, contact the customer to clarify the issue and agree next steps. Cure periods, lawful recovery steps and any approved charges: To be confirmed. This draft sets no late penalty, accelerated demand for all remaining rent or automatic extension. Ending billing does not itself confirm a physical return.

Optional care concept — not available for purchase

Internal preview: an optional $0.20 daily equivalent, billed at $6 per month per chair, for proposed accidental-damage repair support. This is not active coverage, insurance or a manufacturer warranty. Selection only records interest for a reviewed quote. Covered events, repair limits, deductible, exclusions, service area, claims process, provider, start and end dates, cancellation and refund rules must be defined and legally reviewed before any offer is made. Theft, loss, deliberate damage and normal wear are not proposed covered claims. No response-time guarantee is offered. Existing normal-use mechanical-fault handling and applicable rights are not conditional on purchasing extra care. No double charge for a covered repair and a deposit deduction for the same cost. Fee and full-term service cost are separate from rent; no automatic enrollment or renewal.

Before signing

This is a business-leasing draft for review, not an approved contract or a compliance certification. Resolve every To be confirmed item before acceptance. Washington counsel and an accountant must review the final program, including business versus consumer use, ordinary leasing versus finance / rent-to-own treatment, taxes, payment authorization and remedies. Individual customers need separate review; these business terms must not simply be applied to them.
